Boston, Mass, June 6-Mr. James H. Wolf, past department commander of the Massachusetts G. A. R., has been selected by Mayor Fitzgerald to deliver the oration at the exercises in Fanmel Hall on Independence Day.
Mr. Wolff is the first colored man chosen for the honor. He has been practicing law here since he left Baltimore over 30 years ago. "
