"TO BE HONORED- James Hicks 1823 Bishop, who served the Pullman company for the past 33 years as porter. Has retired with honors and will be honored with a banquet given by the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters July 4th from 7 to 9 p.m. at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. F. Borroughs, 14-18 West 16th street. All porters and their friends are invited to attend."
