Description

"One half pint of bread crumbs, one quart of milk, and the whites of two and yolks of four eggs, the grated rind of one lemon, and one cup of sugar. Bake, and when done spread the pudding with jelly or preserves, then frost with the whites of two eggs, one cup of sugar and the juice of one lemon, spread on top of the jelly. Set in the oven and brown. To be eaten cold."
