"This gigantic affair will be one of the greatest ever held in the state of Kansas for the Negro. This mammoth occasion will be led by a large parade, starting at McKinley Park. The parade will consist of the usual attraction: beautifully decorated floats and cars. A cash prize is being offered for the best decorated float. Color schemes will be RED, WHITE, and Blue. The parade will reach its destination which will be in Sunnydale Springs; form there the main attractions will begin !!!
One of the main features will be the speaking. Several prominent Negroes will be here for this; among them in the Hon. Roscoe Dunjee, publisher of Oklahoma City; and Professor P.G. porter of Atchison Kansas.
So Come One and All for the Good Cause – Enjoy Yourself and relax."
