The Sacramento Committee of Arrangements for the Fourth of July celebration, have decided to invite Hon. Wm. H. Seward to deliver a Fourth of July oration in that city. George Francis Train is to orate in Portland by invitation of the Mayor of that city, after which he will capture VIctoria with 2,000 Finnegans. Judge Relden will deliver the oration in Nevada City. J.D. Fay will deliver the oration on the Fourth at Jacksonville, Oregon. At Linden, San Joaquin, county, J.H. Budd, Esq., will deliver the oration, and George Venable Smith will give a lecture on the “Battle of LIfe.” Santa CLara and San Jose will unite and have a glorious celebration. W. H. L. Barnes, Esq. is to be the orator, and J.J. Owens, of the S.J. Mercury will read an original poem. We should like to be there. N. Greene Curtis, of Sacramento, will deliver the Fourth of July oration at Folsom. Hon. John B. Felton will deliver the oration at Oakland, on the Fourth of July. Hon. Newton Booth, of Sacramento, is announced to deliver the oration at Sutter Creek.
