"The Junior Deputy Sheriffs will again have on of their greatest [i] in the history of the organization at Camp Dickerson. Six miles out 12th street pike . July 4th There will be fishing, swimming, dancing, and great ball games. Along with plenty of barbecue, cold drinks and ice cream. The Fourth has been set aside for the older people, to enjoy themselves with Little Rock future citizens-- the junior deputies. Come out and see some big league ball playing by the Juniors. Tickets for eats can be obtained from 9th street business places of from any of the board members. Buses will leave from Carvaner YMCA and Young YMCA. North Little Rock at 12 and 2 p.m."
