"Vito’s Super markets, with four locations on the South Side, will help its customers celebrate the Fourth of July with a string of bang-up bargains in the biggest grocery sale of the summer season.
In what is perhaps one of the longest special sale periods in the community, Vito’s has made preparations to offer super-bargains from June 26 through July 7.
Vito’s Fourth of July Dollar Days will be in effect at all four stores: 4735 S. Parkway st., 1310 E. 63rd st., 859 E. 63rd st., and 510 E. 79th st.
During the Dollar Day sales period, each store will be open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., with the exception of Sunday the Fourth of July, when stores will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Special carload purchases have been made to assure a plentiful supply of bargains for the sale, and more than 100 of the top sales items of the chain will be available at special prices.
Housewives are advised to watch for a special eight-page circular which will be distributed listing the bargains available during the Fourth of July Dollar Days at Vito’s."
