"PHILADELPHIA - Funeral services where held Thursday at the Campbell AME Church, Kinsey and Paul St., who was drowned July 5 in the ocean off North Wildwood, N.J.
He drowned while swimming with friends at 26th st. and the beach during a Fourth of July vacation.
The victim, who was graduated June 14 from Frankford High School, worked for the Penn Packing Company, Butler St. and Aramingo Ave.
Williams is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Margaret Williams; two brothers, Kenneth Jr., 19, a student at Community College, and Roger, 14, and a sister, Beverley,18."
