"With the fourth [sic] of July coming up, Bud hopes that the Billikens everywhere will be extra careful about crossing streets and getting in the way of cars and trucks.
You must be extra careful during the holiday period as most everyone is so happy that no one pays attention to Bud’s little Billikens that may be trying to cross the streets. Remember, do not use fireworks unless someone older is with you and can watch. Sometimes very serious accidents happen and Bud does not want anything to happen to his Billikens.
Bud hopes that he will get no reports that one of his Billikens has been hurt. Remember BE CAREFUL EVERY DAY BUT ESPECIALLY ON HOLIDAYS."
